GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
High season:
- Easter holidays (the 3rd of April to the 2nd of May 2010)
- Summer holidays (the 26th of June 2010 to the 5th of September 2010)
Rates:
- Our tariffs are expressed in euros and are All Taxes Included (VAT, Visitor’s tax).
- The accommodation rates are dependent on the season and the number of nights.
- Breakfast is included in the bedrooms rate but not in the cottage rate (5€ per person).
- In winter and autumn, electricity charges are not included in the cottage rate.
Booking & Payment:
- Any reservation will become final after reception of 30% of the total amount of the stay. This can be paid by bank transfer or French bank check..
- The balance will be paid at the end of the stay, in addition to extras.
Conditions of cancellation:
- 30 days before the arrival: 100% of the deposit will be returned.
- Between 30 days and 7 days: 70% of the deposit will be returned.
- Less than 7 days before the arrival: 50% of the deposit will be returned.
- No cancellation: the deposit won’t be returned.

- Le Manoir des Cognets est ouvert toute l’année sur réservation.
- Required check-in time: 5:00pm.
- Required check-out time: 11:00am.
- Pets are allowed (please, consult us beforehand).
- Free WIFI..
- Bed sheets and towels are provided for all the rooms.
- For any booking exceding one week, a cleaning service will be provided free of charge at the end of every week.
